Terms of Use
The terms that apply to this website and an outline of how our project engagements work.
Last updated: 23 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of https://www.eltrivon.com. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry, you accept them. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement — the summary below describes how those engagements usually work, and the signed agreement takes precedence in every case.
Using this website
- The content here is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute technical, legal, or financial advice.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use automated tools to submit the enquiry form.
- We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every detail is current at all times.
Intellectual property
The Eltrivon Technologies name, logo, page content, written copy, and interface designs on this website belong to us and may not be copied, republished, or used to represent another business without written permission. Third-party technology names shown in the technology section remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the tools we work with.
Portfolio content
Project outlines in our portfolio describe capability we have delivered. Where client work is subject to confidentiality, project descriptions are presented without client names or commercially sensitive figures, and interface previews are representative rather than screenshots of live client systems.
Enquiries and quotations
- Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation.
- Any indicative pricing given before discovery is an estimate. Fixed pricing follows a scoping exercise and is confirmed in writing.
- Quotations remain valid for the period stated in the proposal.
How project engagements work
- Scope. Work is defined in a written proposal covering deliverables, phases, timeline, and price. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is built.
- Payment. Projects are typically invoiced in stages against agreed milestones, with the schedule set out in the proposal.
- Client responsibilities. Timely feedback, access to required systems, and supply of content or data are needed to keep delivery on schedule.
- Ownership. On full payment, ownership of the custom source code written for your project transfers to you. Third-party libraries and open-source components remain under their own licences.
- Confidentiality. Business information you share during a project is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent.
- Warranty and support. Defects reported within the warranty period stated in the proposal are corrected at no charge. Ongoing maintenance beyond that is covered by a separate support agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is excluded. Liability arising from project work is addressed in the relevant project agreement and is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
